New Visitor Software

GCCS Implements New Visitor Security Software

Greater Clark County Schools has purchased a new visitor management software that will begin being utilized on Monday, March 16.  Over 12,000 K-12 schools and community facilities utilize the Raptor software system for security purposes.  When visiting a GCCS building, visitors will now have to present their driver’s license to a designated staff member.  The system will perform a quick background check on the visitor.  The system will print a badge that the visitor mus wear while in the building.  If you have questions about the new visitor protocol, please contact GCCS School Safety Specialist Gary Green at ggreen@gcs.k12.in.us.
