Important: By State regulations, parents are responsible for meals until free/reduced lunch applications are approved. If applications were applied before, July 1, 2014, you will need to reapply. The lunch status from the previous year will be carried over for the first 30 days. If you have not received a letter in the mail please contact the front office. New student currently not enrolled in the program who have returning siblings will be temporarily approved by contacting Nutritional Services until the applications have been processed. Parents will be responsible for meal charges that occurred before notifying Nutritional Service. Please contact the front office for more information.
Meal Charges: Please make your best effort to send lunch money for your student(s) on a regular basis. This can be done daily or weekly. If you would like to use a credit/debit card please visit the GCCS website and follow the appropriate links. You will need your child’s student ID number to set this up. If you do not have your child’s ID number please contact the front office. Please check your child’s daily folder regularly for any notes from cafeteria staff. This year’s lunches will be $2.35. If you have any questions about meal prices, student accounts, or general information about meals, please call 812-945-2387 and speak with our cafeteria manager.
